Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 400 gm of minced meat
  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Pepper
  • 3 spoons of tomato sauce
  • Cup of water
  • Butter
  • Lasagna
  • Cup of milk
  • ½ cup of cooking cream
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup of red wine vinegar
  • 2 spoons of flour

Instructions

To prepare the minced meat mixture Mince 400 gm of meat. Stir the chopped onions in one spoon of butter until golden Add the minced meat and stir well Add 3 spoons of tomato sauce and season it with salt then add a cup of water Add shredded onions, green peppers and carrots then add 1/2 of the cup of red wine vinegar Leave the mixture on Heat

To prepare the bechamel Stir oil and 2 spoons of butter then add one cup of milk and 1/2 cup of cooking cream Leave the béchamel till it boils

To prepare the lasagna Put the lasagna noodles in a bowl then add the minced meat, some of the bechamel sauce and mozzarella cheese Add the last layer of lasagna noodles and cover it with the rest of the béchamel sprinkled with mozzarella cheese Leave it the oven for 30 minutes to enjoy the delicious lasagna
