Chocolate Muffins

  • Eggs: 3
  • Sugar: 1.5 cups
  • Flour: 1.5 cups
  • Vanilla extract: 1.5 teaspoons
  • Cocoa powder: 9 tablespoons
  • Baking powder: 3 teaspoons
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Butter: 240 g

Instructions

Grease and flour 10 muffin cups.

Beat the eggs with the sugar.

Add all the dry ingredients, then the milk and blend well.

Fold in the melted butter.

Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full and bake at 180° for approximately 30 minutes.
