Chicken and vegetables bake
Ingredients
For 4 people
- Chicken cut into pieces - 900 g
- Vegetable oil - ¼ cup
- Sliced onions - 2
- Peeled potatoes - 2
- Peeled carrots - 2
- Zucchinis - 2
- Sliced celery - 2 stalks
- Dried rosemary - 2 teaspoons
- Dried thyme - 4 sprigs
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - To taste
- Black pepper - To taste
- Peeled tomatoes - 750 g
- Mixed spices - 1 teaspoon
- Water - ¼ cup
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the potatoes, carrots and zucchinis into round slices using the stainless steel disc of the Moulinex Masterchef 9000 food processor.
Mash the tomatoes with the chopper blade.
In a large oven pan, put the chicken, vegetable oil, potatoes, carrots, zucchinis, celery and onions.
Add the mashed tomatoes with water and season with salt, black pepper, mixed spices and garlic powder.
Sprinkle rosemary and thyme leaves on top.
Bake the chicken and vegetables for an hour until done.
Serve hot.
