Cheesecake with strawberry toppings

  • Biscuits
  • ½ cup butter
  • Cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered milk
  • Lemon Zest
  • ½ cup Milk
  • Strawberry jam
  • Fresh strawberries

Instructions

Crush the biscuits and add ½ cup of melted butter then, mix them well and prepare the mixture to create a base for the cheesecake. In a large bowl, add cream cheese and whipped cream, then add ½ cup of powdered milk, lemon zest and ½ cup of milk. Using the Moulinex Masterblend Pro, mix the ingredients until you reach the needed texture. Apply the cheesecake mix on top of the crushed biscuit base and spread evenly. Lastly, add the fresh strawberries and strawberry jam on top of the cheesecake and apply evenly.
