Ingredients

For 5 people

  • Pita breads (see basic recipes): 5
  • Beef or lamb: 500 g
  • Onion, chopped : 1
  • Tomato, diced: 1
  • Garlic, chopped: 1 clove
  • cumin: ½ teaspoon
  • Sumac: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon
  • Pepper: ½ teaspoon
  • Olive oil: 25 ml

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

With the mincer head fitted with the small-hole screen, mince the meat on speed 4. Put the minced meat and all the other ingredients in the stainless steel bowl.

Fit the stainless steel bowl, the mixer and the lid and blend on speed 1 for 1 min.

Spread this filling inside the 5 pita breads and close the breads.

Place the stuffed breads on a baking sheet and bake them for 5 to 10 minutes.
